Cove Kids Ministry, Kid’s Stuff:
Kid’s Stuff at Cove Church is committed to assisting parents in fulfilling the scriptural command to train their children in a way that honors the Lord (Ephesians 6:4; Deuteronomy 6:6-9). We currently, have programs for the following age groups:
- Birth-4 years old
- 5-8 years old
Children are engaged in creative Bible studies and activities that are age appropriate and designed to provide weekly fellowship opportunities. We use a Bible-based curriculum, activity teaching, and structured play to learn more about Jesus. The aim of the curriculum is to take youngsters a step deeper into God’s Word while giving unsaved boys and girls regular opportunities to hear the Gospel and come to faith in Jesus Christ. Our goal is that many of today’s young people will become tomorrow’s church leaders.
Our Goal:
- To lay a spiritual foundation so that each child is aware of God’s love and understands the gospel.
- To provide a safe, clean, Christian environment for children at church.
- To help each child feel comfortable, secure, and loved.
- To help each child know the Bible is a special book that tells about God and Jesus
- To help each child learn to share and think of others.
- To encourage the active participation of parents in Worship, Bible study, fellowship and service.
